Emergency Medical Consultants, LLC was founded in 2002 as an AED turnkey solution marketed towards first responders. In 2003, we added the USEMC division as an e-commerce solution for emergency medical supplies. This January, we will make the next step in the market by printing our first catalog. By mailing 16,000 copies of this 120 page catalog we hope to add more value and substance to our mission. Along with the new catalog, we are preparing a new website that will include online features that are industry firsts.
With 16 outside sales representatives who cover the entire East Coast, we are able to reach both the largest and smallest of departments of emergency personnel. Some of our customers include: Broward County Sheriffs Office, City of Miami, Providence RI, South Carolina Health Dept., US Army, US Navy, US Air Force, Department of State, US Marshalls, NY Jets, UCONN, USDA Forest Service, USA Pools, Johns Hopkins Hospital, Columbia University, Drexel, and City of Springfield, MA.
Over the past three years, we created direct relationships with: AMBU, Rusch, Allied Healthcare Products, StatPacks, Blackhawk Products Group, AEM Enterprises, Morrison Medical, Conterra, Dynarex, Thomas EMS, Medtronic, MicroTek Medical, Zoll, and many more.
To date, we operate out of a 2200 sq. ft. warehouse just west of Fort Lauderdale. Next fall, we will open a new warehouse in eastern Kentucky. Our three-year plan has USEMC expanding west coast operations and opening a warehouse in Salt Lake City, UT. Our goal is to be able to ship 75% of all orders within the first 24 hours and have the ability to reach to 88% of the U.S. population within two shipping days.
