The Whelen Flatlighter is ideal for law enforcement (marked and unmarked), fire & rescue emergency responders and EMT?s. The compact self- contained FlatlighterTM produces a fully visible and effective strobe light warning signal with an alternating flash pattern at 240 FPM (120 Double Flashes Per Minute). Airbag compatible. Versatile size allows mounting on visor, windshield, deck or dash of vehicle...wherever space is at a premium. Optional soft foam visor shield minimizes flash back to the vehicle operator and is safer than shields made of metal or hard plastic.  Suction cups for windshield mounting are included in this kit. Flatlighter?s design puts the lightheads below the tint line of most windshields when used on visor. Built-in 20 watt strobe power supply. Linear strobe tubes, reflectors and optic lenses provide ultra wide angle lighting. 60 double flashes per minute  20 watt output  60 Comet Flashes per minute per lamp, 240 flashes per minute total 3.9? (99mm) H x 10.7? (277mm) W x 1.5? (38mm) D.  Nominal current draw: 2.0 Amps @ 13.6 VDC.  Available in a wide range of colors and split lenses the Flatlighter is a good choice for any vehicle.
